The Department of Medicine is responsible for providing efficient medical and heal, care facilities to the local population as well as to the patients from all over the country and in fact the world. The medical unit comprises of a team of highly qualified and well trained doctors and nursing staff. It has ICU, CCU, Endoscopy suites and Dialysis units. Diagnostic procedures like lung function tests and bronchoscopy are done routinely. The Nephrology Department has a modern Dialysis Center with 19 dialysis units.The dialysis facility is available round the clock.
The faculty teachers in the department of medicine are engaged in teaching third year BDS classes and training.
